The rehype-citation plugin was recently added to quartz, thanks to the efforts of @linozen.
With that turned on, I am able to make references to academic (and other) works from my .bib
database maintained with zotero.
Here is a citation: Kang (2024) . Here is another in brackets (Rekier, 2022)
The list of references appears at the bottom of the note by default. It can be forced elsewhere by using the command [^ref]
.
I haven’t found a ton of options to customize the format of the bibliography. It would be nice to make doi links clickable.
