I managed to use this simple plugin. But I can’t render citations without parentheses (see this issue).
There seems to be an 11ty interface to ‘Rehype’. Which would allow me to cite with the same ease as in my quartz notes. It’s probably worth exploring once the more urgent stuff is done.
